There is no better time to travel than during festival season. These are times that the culture of the destination is on full showcase and the colors of the country are at their brightest. This is also the perfect opportunity to dive into the local culture and really see it shine!

The Festival Experience
Discover Corps’ Festival Journeys include all of the things that make a Discover Corps trip so amazing during arguably the best time to visit each of these destinations! Each itinerary is designed to take you behind-the-scenes and immerse you in the local celebrations. Whether it’s going behind-the-scenes at Thailand’s iconic Lantern Festival or visiting a local neighborhood for an exclusive Day of the Dead celebration in Oaxaca, these experiences are unparalleled. Beyond the festivities, venture out to all of the must-see sights of the destination while savoring the culture through cooking classes, workshops and meetings with fascinating people only Discover Corps can introduce you to!
What You Need to Know
In line with our belief that the best experiences happen with small, intimate groups of like-minded travelers, we are limiting all of our festival departures to 16 people. This is intentional as it allows us to use boutique properties with character, go behind-the-scenes of the festivals and meet with thought leaders in the community. This also means that these will fill quick! Additionally, certain festivals have yet to announce 2024 dates – don’t worry, they are still open for registration with dates being announced later in the year!
